仕事内容

■About the project: Our company is collaborating with one of the biggest Japanese automotive OEMs in the areas of ECU software development and validation. The purpose of this project is to adapt different European regulations in their vehicle for safety and assist application. our company has responsibility to understand various clauses in regulations、 derive software and control requirements and implement in the existing software. our company also has responsibility to creation HILS test environment、 write the test scripts、 automate the test procedure、 and validate the modified application on HILS environment as well as real vehicle environment. During the development and validation process、 we will have to comply to ISO26262 functional safety standard. This opportunity ensures contribution in all the stages of software development and validation in the automotive domain. ■Responsibilities: 1) Develop and design hardware components and systems (Camera & RADAR) that are integral to ADAS functions. 2) Choose appropriate components to ensure the fulfillment of performance、 cost、 and safety requirements. 3) Build and test hardware prototypes、 trouble issues and optimize designs to meet system requirements. 4) Develop tests and procedures to validate the functionality and performance of ADAS hardware components. 5) Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards、 such as ISO 26262 and other relevant industry regulations. 6) Work closely with cross-functional teams、 including software engineers、 Mechanical engineers、 and system integrators to ensure seamless integration of hardware components on vehicle. 7) Maintain comprehensive documentation of hardware designs、 specifications、 test results and design changes. 8) Identify potential risks and challenges associated with hardware design and propose solutions to mitigate them. 9) Explore cost-effective design alternatives while maintaining quality and performance. 10) Troubleshoot and resolve hardware related complex issues and work with the team to address system related problems. ■Future Career Path: 1) Deep knowledge and experience in designing the hardware components (Camera & RADAR) and systems that underpin advanced safety and automation features in vehicles. 2) Direct contribution to make road safer for everybody. 3) Opportunity to work in cutting-edge technologies、 such as RADAR sensors、 Camera and powerful microcontrollers pushing the boundaries what is possible in the automotive industry. 4) Experience in making hardware components comply with safety and regulatory standards、 such as ISO 26262、 ensuring that vehicle meet the necessary requirements for roadworthiness and safety. 5) Opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams、 bridging the gap between hardware and software engineers、 mechanical engineers、 and system integrators. 6) Strong focus on optimizing hardware design to be cost-effective without compromising safety and performance. 7) Experience in creating and maintaining meticulous documentation of hardware design and ensure that all compliance requirements are met. 8) Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends. 

必要経験

■Required skills 1) Must have basic knowledge of various automotive sensors like Camera、 RADAR、 Lidar、 and ultrasonic sensors. 2) Must understand sensor layout requirements、 layout design and parts surrounding each sensor. - Front Camera - Front side MW RADAR - Rear side MW RADAR 3) Must understand the drawings and must have experience of creating drawings for each sensor. 4) Should have experience in conducting vehicle tests for each sensor. 5) Must have basic knowledge of CAN (Controller Area Network) protocol. 6) Must have experience of working with Vector CANoe tool. 7) Must have experience of collection、 analysis、 diagnosis、 and interpretation of CAN data from validation tests. Languages: ・Japanese: Business or higher level ・English: Business or higher level ■Nice-to-have skills 1) Should be familiar with ISO26262 and other safety standards. 2) Should have effective communication skills. 3) Should be familiar with project management methodologies and tools. 4) Should understand automotive industry、 including the latest trends and challenges.
