Job Title - Japan Executive Recruiter Location – Tokyo, Japan Global Talent Attraction and Acquisition Services is sourcing for the professionals of the future, while executing, to the highest possible standard, against the recruitment needs of today. We partner strategically with the business in the relentless pursuit of delivering new, innovative and cost-effective talent attraction and acquisition strategies. The highly-skilled recruitment and talent acquisition experts in the Talent Attraction and Acquisition Services team provide cross-border sourcing and recruitment delivery for Executive (Partner, Associate Partner). The opportunity As part of our EYSC Talent Acquisition Team as well as APAC Executive TA Team, you’ll build strategic relationships with senior leaders and other recruitment professionals around the globe to take our executive recruitment capability to the next level. Understanding our business imperatives and identifying and executing executive recruitment solutions which best deliver against these will ensure your success as part of this high performing and growing team. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose. In your role as Japan Executive Recruiter, you’ll: • Operate as a member of Talent recruitment team within Asia Pacific/Japan and act as a member of a global executive recruitment network •Be responsible for defining and executing winning strategies for executive recruitment across the service lines in your portfolio to fill the hiring targets across our growing markets • Collaborate extensively with senior cross border stakeholders in multiple geographies • Be required to enhance the current recruitment process, create a strong Employer Brand and drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent • Drive delivery of a “best in class” experience for all candidates • Provide thought leadership and recommendations around Executive Recruitment to the Service Lines and Regions to drive continuous improvement and innovation Join our Global Talent Attraction and Acquisition Services Team and help drive the Partner recruitment strategy to grow our businesses across APAC. 必要経験

We’re looking for people with the following experience: • Recognized university Bachelor or master’s degree with extensive experience in Executive recruitment, preferably with at least 10 years in a resourcing role with leading international search firms or corporations. • Experienced in talent sourcing and driving end to end recruitment across multiple regions for C-Suite talent in a large, matrix environment. • Executive Recruitment experience is a must. Well versed and innovative approach to resourcing platforms, tools and techniques. • Knowledge of international hiring principles including some understanding of international labour laws • Experienced in working closely with senior management on resourcing matters. • Demonstrated capability to design and implement resourcing solutions, with a strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach. • Strong interpersonal and communications skills. • Problem solving skillset • Global Mindset • Vendor Management • Japanese Native Language • Japan Market knowledge
