【Job description】 You will participate in 1.Validate the business Transformation requirements through Proof of Concept 2. Support the functional consultant in end user requirement discussions, demo and walkthrough sessions 3. Understand the business requirements and Create user stories 4. Do Fit Gap analysis based on To-be business processes. 5. Guide the Project Technical team with system requirements. 6. Support functional test planning 【Explain the project】 Customer is key market player in Agricultural and construction machinery manufacturing in Japan. Customer aims to become a Global Major brand by 2030. One of the objective is to transform the Product development business processes, BOM Transformation being the key component. New project. Solution Architect is required. Candidate must understand the business transformation requirements propose the best-in -class BOM managment solutions
必要経験
【Required skills】 1. Working experience as Solution Architect for 10 years in Manufacturing Industry (Auto,Agricultural machinery) 2. Good understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing business processes 3. Hands-on experience working with Automotive OEMs - BOM Management solutions 4. Excellent skills in Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutioning, CATIA Integration or equivalent CAD integrations 5. Teamcenter Production configurator 6. Experience in creating user stories / use cases from business requirements 7. Experience in Fit Gap Analysis with Teamcenter OOTB 8. Effectively communicate with all Internal and External Stakeholders. 9. Excellent organizational and time management skills 10. Critical thinker and problem solver 11. Well proficient in Japanese and Business-level English to interact with our Global Team and Customer 【Nice-to-have skills】 1. Experience in Data migration 2. Experience in T4S4 Integration ( Teamcenter to SAP S/4 HANA) 【Language】 Japanese Native with Fluent English (Mandatory)
