【This department】 This department is horizontal department within our company Japan having expertises in leading edge technologies like AI、 Cloud、 Commerce、 CMS、 Digital Markeing、 Modernization etc. It provides support to other verticial units and also indepedently handles different customers within our company Japan. 【Project detail】 This involves a new hire for a long term engagement. Client (Banking) has a complex legacy ecosystem built upon various technologies which include for instance COBOL、 C、 VB/ASP. The engagement would be to take the client as-is environment and over various projects (multi-year) uplift and modernize their entire stack. Size:JPY 91.3 million yen / year Project period:3-4years 【Advantages of the position】 The candidate will have an opportunity to design and realize the architecture that takes the client from a previous century application architecture、 to a new best in class、 hybrid-cloud architecture. The client is one of the more prestiguous Japanese investment banks that will offer a unique peak into a mixed American/European/Japanese experience. 【Career path】 ・Position will lead to obtaining experience with solution architecture across many different tech stacks、 with a future career in either enterprise or solution architecture. ・Lead team of highly skilled professionals in global environment 【Role】 ・Participate and lead Assessment and migration( requirement gathering workshops、 design、 development and deployment) of legacy applications based on MF Cobol、 Oracle、 C、 VB/ASP ・Participate and lead estimation and proposal creation along with Project Manager ・Communicate with offshore team for resolving techinical queries related to requirement、 design、 development and deployment Create solution architecture for various different environments Create design documentation that will guide the technical team  

必要経験

【Required skills】 ・Minimum of 10-14 years of hands-on experience with one or more third generation programming languages ・Minimum of 5 years experience with solution architecture in a corporate environment ・Strong understanding of legacy system modernization concepts and best practices ・Should be familiar with database management systems and data migration process ・Proven experience in leading/guiding development teams and projects ・Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges ・Effective communication and leadership abilities ・Experience with agile software development methodologies *Language ・Japanese skills are required to understand existing systesm specification and design documents ・English skills are required to communicate with offshore 【Nice to have skills】 ・Experience with C、 Java、 Cobol ・Experience with Shell scripting ・Experience with ASP、 VB ・Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g.、 AWS、 Azure、 GCP). ・Should have experience in multiple technologies(other than mentioned above) and should proactively work on any new technology based on project requirements
