◆プロジェクト概要 日系大手証券会社のプロジェクトに参画いただきます。 国内外株式や、先物取引に関するシステムの開発に携わります。 対象のプロジェクトでは少人数のチームにて自律的に進めていただきます。 お客様からの信頼を得てRamp up、領域拡大していく中でプロジェクトマネージャー／アーキテクトへのキャリアアップを期待します。 ◆職務内容詳細 ・国内外株式や、先物取引に関するシステムの開発に必要となる技術全般に関して、開発チームをリード ・チームメンバーのコードレビュー ・クライアントとの折衝 ・チーム内でのコミュニケーション ・課題発生時の問題解決 ◆About the project You will be working in a project for Japanese securities company. You will be involved in the development of systems related to domestic and foreign stocks and futures trading. ◆Scope of work ・Leads the team on all technologies required for the development of systems related to domestic and overseas stocks and futures trading. ・Code reviewing for team members ・Communicating with the client ・Communicating within the team ・Solving problems

【必須】 -Javaでの開発経験5年以上（高負荷処理の開発経験） -SQLやOracle DBの経験 -設計~開発、テストの経験 -テックリードのご経験（進捗管理、品質管理含む） 【歓迎】 -証券業界での開発経験 -フロントエンド開発経験 -クラウド環境での開発経験 【語学】 -日本語N1レベル以上 -ビジネスレベルの英語力 【Must】 -5+ years of experience in Java development (experienced in handling of heavy loads) -Experience in SQL and Oracle DB -Experience from system design to testing. -Experience in working as tech lead (includes progress management, quality control) 【Nice to have】 -System development experience in securities industry -Frontend development experience -Worked in a cloud environment. 【Language】 -N1 or native level Japanese -Business level English skill would be preferred
