Key Responsibilities • Provide day to day support to prospective and current clients with GRES product focus • Data steward for information used by Investor Services • Manage investor onboarding with Business Development, Legal, Compliance and the Investor • Serve as a liaison with our third-party fund administrator to provide responses to recurring and ad hoc data requests involving client reporting, investment performance reporting and various other requests from clients and investment consultants • Track Separate Client Accounts day to day activities and provide communication support as appropriate as a liaison between clients, and fund administrator • Coordinate with our third-party fund administrator to provide quantitative responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) • Complete consultant questionnaires and databases update requests in conjunction with our third party fund administrator • Coordinate responses to client requests across Portfolio Management, Business Development, Marketing, Communications, Investor Services and other functional groups • Assist with a variety of special projects and requests for Senior Management. • Track, oversee and validate the third-party administrator’s quarterly key performance indicator (KPI) for Senior Management reporting • Think strategically and help develop creative solutions and enhancements to better service our clients and consultants • Develop knowledge of products ; clients and prospects; and the industry overall over time, to ensure there is effective client communications and that Marketing Materials and all information released meet compliance and regulatory standards whilst maintaining marketing effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services, investor relations or related function preferably within the investment management industry • Knowledge of economics, capital markets, preferably in real estate sector • Experience with MS PowerPoint and Excel and the ability to perform some quantitative data analysis • Experience working across functional groups and/or communicating with clients or external partners • Discretion required in handling highly sensitive and confidential information. • Ability to work independently with excellent multi-tasking capabilities. • Excellent writing and project management skills • Bilingual in Japanese and English; Good communication skill in both languages both in writing and verbal • Proactive; plenty of initiatives and the ability to operate autonomously; ability to think forward/plan ahead • Be attentive to details and meticulous to ensure that filing of all marketing materials are in order and that marketing information, client communication, client database are up to date and consistent
