仕事内容
Maximize the team members' time by performing administrative duties related to the scope of the team members' responsibilities. These duties include but are not limited to: scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, coordinating catering requests, compiling agendas, screening calls and visitors, coordinating complex travel arrangements and processing expense reports. Additionally, the Assistant will coordinate both internal and external meetings, maintain extremely active calendars and maintain filing and organization of work. Manage information flow. Coordinate appropriate materials for meetings, appointments and presentations through a variety of sources. Bring to the team members' attention only those matters for which they need to be informed of and which must receive immediate attention. Assist Japan COO in organizing two local governance committees: Japan Operating Committee (JOC) and Japan Client Excellence Committee (JCEC). These tasks include but are not limited to: scheduling committees, collecting materials, taking minutes, and supporting Japan COO in associated administrative matters. Especially for JCEC, the Assistant will become a secretary of the committee and will be primarily responsible for these tasks.
必要経験
Required: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative support capacity for a group of 10+ members Experience as an administrative assistant in a financial industry preferred Enthusiastic, strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and work to deadlines Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently; demonstrates pro-active approach and is flexible with changes Good knowledge and working experience of technical applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) Administrative /project management experience in a business environment Enthusiastic team player English language skills
